Connect ChatGPT to Sensefold

ChatGPT supports remote MCP connectors, so ChatGPT can answer from your Sensefold library and point back to the saved items it read.

Setup

Section titled “Setup”
  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector.
  2. Paste the Sensefold MCP endpoint: 
    https://api.sensefold.app/mcp
  3. Complete the authorization prompt and pick a permission tier — read-only, edit, or full.

ChatGPT primarily uses the search and fetch tools to ground its answers in your library; with an edit-tier connection it can also save links and notes.

Authorization is revocable anytime from Sensefold Settings, and every write is versioned. See the MCP tools reference for details.
